Question,
Dear Junying, how long did you take to write your book and why did you write it, what motivated you the most?

My first book took me a couple of years to complete, on and off in a 10 year period. There are a lot of things that happened in my epic journey from China to the UK, with many significant life-altering incidents. I had to write them down. I think I have a wonderful story to tell and I want to share it with others, as many people can relate to my experiences. I guess it's the teacher in me - I want to educate people in some way, about our history, culture and how we go through life's ups and downs. Thanks for the lovely interview, Shah :)
